How do I make a reservation?
Reserving is easy. You can book online through our website by date or by item, or you can call or text us at 203-677-0906. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Orders without a paid deposit may be canceled if the date is not secured.
How long is my rental for?
Most rentals are for the full day, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy your event. We deliver on the day of your event and handle pickup afterward. In April and October, inflatables are typically picked up the same evening.
What time will my inflatable be delivered?
We begin deliveries as early as 7:30 AM and aim to have all setups completed at least 30 minutes before your event starts. We send delivery timing updates a few days before your event.
How far in advance should I reserve?
The earlier, the better. Popular weekends, school events, summer dates, and larger inflatables can book quickly. Reserving early gives you the best chance of getting the exact unit you want.
Is Bounce Blast insured?
Yes. Bounce Blast LLC is fully insured, and proof of insurance can be provided when needed for schools, churches, PTOs, town events, and other organized functions.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. If weather forces a cancellation, the deposit can be refunded. If you need to move your event to a new available date, we can usually transfer your deposit.

What if the inflatable gets damaged during the event?
If damage happens because of preventable misuse, such as pets, sharp objects, or prohibited items, repair or replacement charges may apply. Following the safety rules helps avoid these issues.

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and smooth gravel as long as the surface is mostly flat and firm. Please let us know ahead of time if the inflatable will be placed on anything other than grass.

Yes. The blower must stay running while the inflatable is in use. If it is unplugged, the unit will deflate. After the party is over, it is safe to turn it off until pickup.
