All of our rentals are for the day. We drop off on the day of your event. If it's being called for horrible weather overnight, then your inflatable will be picked up before inclement weather begins. For the months of April and October, inflatables will be picked up the night of your event, no exceptions.
We start our deliveries at 730 and strive to have all deliveries completed at least 30 minutes before your event starts.
All inflatables are reserved on first call basis. It is recommended that you make your reservation on a specific inflatable and date as soon as you can to make sure you have this item reserved. Earlier the better.
YES.... We are fully insured and can provide proof if needed.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required when you place your order. Deposit is refunded if canceled due to weather. If rescheduled then we can move that deposit to a new date.
Your deposit is only $100. If renting multiple inflatables deposit will be $100 per piece. This holds and guarantees your rental for the date that you pick. Deposit is due when reservation is made.
Depending on the situation, if the inflatable is damaged due to a preventable circumstance (dog chewing, cut with a sharpe object or other examples) then a repair fee will be incurred up to replacement value of inflatable.
A bounce house can be set up on many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and firm. Grass, concrete, asphalt and smooth gravel are acceptable. Please let us know in advance if the Bounce house will be setup on anything other then grass.
20' x 20' is more than big enough for the standard Bounce house. The bounce house must be clear of all overhead power/utility lines and tree branches. We reserve the right to refuse setup if these conditions exist upon delivery.
We will send you a txt with your delivery time a few days before your event. Usually we start delivering early in the morning as the season starts to get busy. YOU MUST BE PRESENT in order for us to setup as we need to review important safety and operating procedures with you. If final payment has not been completed, it will be due prior to setup.
If weather is not looking good we will make a decision by 7pm the night before.
Yes and No. The blower is what keeps the inflatable up and inflated. Once unplugged they will deflate. When your party is complete then it is safe to turn off the unit. Inflate the Inflatable prior to pickup for inspection and a quick clean.
Yes they can be. We will setup our bounce houses indoors, only if the space will be large enough.

1. Power must be within 100ft. 2. If you are renting a Water unit, you need a hose from your house to where the Inflatable will be placed. we recommend not going further then 75ft. Further you go the less water pressure you will have. 3. PLEASE do not allow more than TWO people to go down the slide at a time. 4. No more than 8 people in a Bounce House. 5. Never allow food, drinks, candy, gum, silly string or any other foreign object in the inflatable. These are just a few tips to get started.
