📏 Will it fit?
Plan for at least the setup area (37' L × 17' W) with 20' of overhead clearance. The unit must be clear of all overhead power lines, utility lines, and tree branches. Surface should be mostly flat and firm — grass is best, and turf may work if the area is level. Call us at (203) 677-0906 to confirm your space works.

Requires working electrical outlet(s) within 100 feet of the setup location (confirm at checkout). We provide blowers, extension cords, and safety stakes/sandbags as needed. The blower(s) must stay plugged in the entire time while in use.

✅ What you'll need

  • A clear, flat setup area (37' L × 17' W recommended with 20' overhead clearance)
  • Working electrical outlet(s) within 100 feet (confirm at checkout)
  • IF USED WET: Water source + hose long enough to reach the setup area
  • Ground clear of debris, sticks, and animal waste
  • Adult supervision during use at all times
  • Someone over the age of 18 needs to be at delivery for safety walkthrough and final payment

⚠️ Safety notes (quick + important)

  • No rough play, flips, or climbing on the outside walls
  • No food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, pens, markers or sharp objects on the inflatable
  • If your yard is fenced in we will need a opening of 4.5ft
  • Keep entry/exit areas clear at all times
  • Once the inflatable is secured to ground it can not be moved
  • No fireworks or open flames near inflatable

☔ Rain/Wind Policy

Bad weather? No stress. You can reschedule at no extra cost — just let us know by 7pm the night before your event. If weather is not looking good, we'll make a decision by 7pm the night before. Your deposit transfers to the new date.

🕒 When will you deliver?

Deliveries start as early as 7:30am and we strive to have all deliveries completed at least 30 minutes before your event starts. We'll send you a text with your delivery time 2 days before your event. You must be present so we can review safety and operating procedures. If final payment has not been completed, it will be due prior to setup.

💰 Deposit & Payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required per piece to hold your reservation. The remainder is due on Tuesday of your event week (card on file) or in cash at delivery. Deposit is refunded if canceled due to weather.

What does “Shape Shifter” mean?
It means this obstacle course can be set up in three different configurations, so it can fit more spaces and event layouts. If you’re unsure which setup works best, text/call us at (203) 677-0906 and we’ll help.
Can this be used wet or dry?
Yes — it can be run dry for any season or wet on hot days (water source + hose required if used wet).
Do I need to keep it plugged in the whole time?
Yes — the blower(s) keep the unit fully inflated. When your party is done, it’s safe to turn off the unit. Please re-inflate it before pickup for inspection and a quick clean.
What if the weather is bad?
If weather is not looking good (heavy rain or winds over 15mph), we will make a decision by 7pm the night before. You can reschedule at no extra cost and your deposit transfers to the new date.
