📏 Will it fit?
Plan for at least the setup area (25’ L × 23’ W) with 17’ of overhead clearance. The unit must be clear of all overhead power lines, utility lines, and tree branches. Surface should be mostly flat and firm — grass, concrete, asphalt, and turf can work. Indoor setup? Possibly, if you have the room and ceiling height. 🔌 Power
Requires 1 electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. We provide the blower, extension cord, and safety stakes (or sandbags when needed). The blower must stay plugged in the entire time while in use — it’s what keeps the inflatable fully inflated.

✅ What you’ll need

  • A clear, flat setup area (25’ L × 23’ W recommended with 17’ overhead clearance)
  • A working electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location
  • Ground clear of debris, sticks, and animal waste
  • Adult supervision during use at all times
  • Someone over the age of 18 needs to be at delivery for safety walkthrough and final payment
  • If using wet: water source + hose long enough to reach the setup area

⚠️ Safety notes (quick + important)

  • No rough play, flips, or climbing on the outside walls
  • No food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, pens, markers or sharp objects inside
  • If your yard is fenced in we will need a opening of 4.5ft
  • Wet or Dry: If using wet, keep the area clear and follow our water setup directions
  • Once the inflatable is secured to ground it can not be moved
  • No fireworks or open flames near inflatable

☔ Rain/Wind Policy

Bad weather? No stress. You can reschedule at no extra cost — just let us know by 7pm the night before your event. If weather is not looking good, we’ll make a decision by 7pm the night before. Your deposit transfers to the new date.

🕒 When will you deliver?

Deliveries start as early as 7:30am and we strive to have all deliveries completed at least 30 minutes before your event starts. We’ll send you a text with your delivery time 2 days before your event. You must be present so we can review safety and operating procedures. If final payment has not been completed, it will be due prior to setup.

💰 Deposit & Payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required per piece to hold your reservation. The remainder is due on Tuesday of your event week (card on file) or in cash at delivery. Deposit is refunded if canceled due to weather.

❓ Common questions

Can I use the Tiki Combo wet and dry?
Yes! This unit can be used Wet or Dry. If you choose wet, we’ll confirm water access at setup and go over the quick do’s & don’ts for safe play.
Do I need to keep it plugged in the whole time?
Yes — the blower keeps the unit fully inflated. When your party is done, it’s safe to turn off the unit. Please re-inflate it before pickup for inspection and a quick clean.
What if the weather is bad?
If weather is not looking good (heavy rain or winds over 15mph), we will make a decision by 7pm the night before. You can reschedule at no extra cost and your deposit transfers to the new date.
Any tips for a first-time renter?
